After completing a Bachelors and Masters degrees at the University of Durham, I started out as a Project Manager in the retail industry.

With a remit to expand a new trading area for the business, I co-ordinated teams comprising HR, Finance, Retail, Buying/Merchandising and Sales and Marketing.

I’ve worked in recruitment for nearly 15 years now, but it’s flown by! After I made the move into recruitment and worked my way to Manager-level, I made the decision to join ex-colleagues Sean Morris and Paul Howarth, to pursue my entrepreneurial streak at Howarth Morris.

Now, as a Co-owner and Director at Howarth Morris, I drive the direction of the consultancy, with a focus on building long-term relationships and talent attraction.

I enjoy being hands-on throughout the entire recruitment process, whether it’s in the concept, planning, sourcing or offer management stages. I have expertise in both HR and Finance recruitment but regardless of the discipline, I genuinely love supporting candidates progress their careers and partnering with clients to find the best solution to their recruitment needs.
