My client is a long-estabished, highly successful, privately-owned Group of business providing services to companies large and small across the UK. Established over 20 years, the Group is very profitable, has extensive accreditations and is the UK market leader in its field and is already in a further growth phase.
The Group employs 250+ staff across a range of business with colleagues ranging from trainees through to Board level across a range of areas such as customer service, legal, collections, finance, sales and marketing. There are also a number of field based staff.
Due to an imminent retirement, the Group has asked Howarth Morris to assist with the recruitment of an experienced and proven HR Manager to joing the team. Reporting into the Group MD you will also work extensively with the CEO, Divisional MD's and Operations Managers to ensure they are supported with first class advice to continue to add value and to maintain the excellent employer brand the business has built.
You will also be responsible for a small team and have responsibility for all elements of HR including:-
- Training and development
- Employee relations
- HR Analysis and Reporting
- HR processes, procedures and continued improvement
It is anticipated you will be CIPD Qualified (Level 5 minimum) although your experience and attitude will be key. You will have led an HR department and experienced a business with a variety of levels and disciplines of the staff. You will also be a capable communicator and ensure the business supports its staff in continuing to grow and develop.
