In the role of Finance Transactions Manager you will report directly to the Head of Financial Accounting with a remit including:
- Management and development of the Company's financial processes and transactions
- Managing teams across Accounts Payable, Claims & Invoicing, Self-billing and Central Processing for the Company's supply chain partners and the central processing function.
- Ensuring that all financial transactions are prepared and processed in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring transactions are processed in accordance with the Company's controls and procedures
- Key contributor to the design and implementation a proposed Resource Planning software
Applicants will have a proven track record in a high volume transactional financial management role and will be familiar with managing and developing high performing teams within in a fast-paced environment. You will have the skills and experience required to recognise and implement optimum financial controls, processes and procedures to meet evolving business demands and will a thirst for continuous improvement and the personality and gravitas to forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to board level. You will have strong MS Excel skills and broad IT skills and familiarity with systems implementation, development and utilisation. Experience of Oracle would be adventurous.
