Howarth Morris are excited to be recruiting for a family run £8m turnover manufacturing organisation with plans to continue rapidly increasing its presence. Based in the Head office in Chester this is 12 month FTC Accountant position; in place to meet the demands of this successful/ growing company.

Based within a dynamic & hands on finance team and reporting directly into an experienced Finance Director; the successful Management Accountant will possess similar Accounting experience for a SME. The FD and Management team are essentially looking to recruit a Qualified/ QBE/ Part Qualified /Experienced Accountant whose skills and experience they can utilise in driving the company with a possibility of the role becoming Permanent for the right person.

Responsibilities will include:-

• Providing timely Monthly Management Accounting information to Senior Management
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• Working with FD & MD to develop and test a KPI Dashboard from the budget to then be monitored against actuals
• Review of margin and sales with Senior Management
• Dealing with Multi-Currency
• VAT, EC Sales, Intrastat reporting
• Couching and mentoring of an Accounts Assistant
• Other Ad Hoc duties as needed for the sister company and in a hands on finance team
