Purchase Ledger Assistant
I am currently recruiting for a purchase ledger clerk for a manufacturing company based in Trafford Park, easily accessible by metro. This business has won 2 large contracts and now requires someone to help input invoices and pay suppliers. Flexible on working hours and early finish on Fridays! Purchase ledger duties:
• Input all supplier invoices onto Sage system
• Assist with payment runs
• Supplier reconciliations
• Assist with Bank Reconciliations
• Liaise with Management Accountant with difficult suppliers
• Assist with month end close down
• Reconcile supplier queries
Purchase Ledger Assistant Requirements:
• Sage experience is essential
• Purchase ledger experience
• Good time management
• Excellent communication skills
