My client is one of the most successful and highly regarded businesses in Manchester and requires a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to cover maternity leave for 12 months. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be based in a friendly and supportive environment, capable of managing the purchase ledger function and leading a small team. Duties will include:-

• Maintaining clean ledger
• Coding and posting of purchase invoices
• Line management of small team
• Liaise with suppliers & dealing with queries
• Regular supplier statement reconciliations
• Conducting mid-month/month end payment runs
• Hedging foreign currencies
• Adhoc reporting as required

This is a fantastic role for a team player who is willing to go the extra mile. You will work with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, have the ability to multi task and prioritise activities and have a good level of Excel knowledge.
