A highly reputable and extremely successful organisation based in Liverpool City Centre is currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis. Working amongst a friendly and supportive team, responsibilities will include:
Processing supplier invoices on to the purchase ledger
Dealing with supplier requests for payment and supplier queries
Sales ledger processing
Producing payment runs
Daily bank reconciliations
Matching invoices to POs and delivery notes
Petty cash processing
Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Filing and scanning supplier invoices and expenses with receipts
Any other duties as required by the Finance department
You will be comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a team and will have excellent written, verbal and IT skills including the regular use of MS Excel. My client is looking to consider a range of applicants including applicants looking to study or currently studying towards the AAT qualification.
