My client, a leading regional sports business, is recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to support them on a part time, temporary basis with their recruitment and administration. The successful candidate will be expected to utilise a number of recruitment methods to ensure that the business is able to recruit the right people at the right time. You will be based at their Sale offices as part of a talented and sociable team. You will work closely with the other members of the HR team in supporting the wider business.
The Internal Recruiter will have a hands on operational remit, from managing the candidate experience (recording applications, arranging interviews, offer management) to developing recruitment strategies (social media development, advertising, working in partnership with recruitment agencies..). Playing a key role internally, you will develop relationships with Senior Management to review requirements and provide management information on campaigns.
The successful candidate will have first class communication skills, engaging with recruitment service providers and potential candidates, and will be expected to utilise a variety of communication methods to build relationships. Demonstrating a professional approach, you will work calmly under pressure and when dealing with internal management teams and external providers, with the ability to negotiate and be creative in obtaining results.
