Howarth Morris are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a growing Wrexham based company, for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team in a permanent capacity. Reporting directly to a personable and impressive Credit Manager in a team of 5 within a busy finance team; This position will entail negotiating payment plans and resolving queries to obtain payment of outstanding invoices within a group of companies.
The successful Credit Controller will join a small, dynamic and friendly finance team whilst working in a fast paced high volume environment.
Responsibilities will include:-
- Liaising with Sales Team regarding overdue debts, establish effective methods of collection
- Credit Control via Email, Text and Telephone
- Daily management of Ledger containing approximately 400 accounts
- Query Resolution
- Credit Checks
- Raising Legal Packs
- Allocating Payments
- Ad Hoc duties as is required by a busy Credit Control team
The successful candidate must have previous Credit Controller experience and have the ability to deal with customers in a professional and confident manner. You will be Commercially aware of potential Bad Debts etc.
