Howarth Morris are excited to be recruiting for one of the North Wests highly regarded & successful businesses, a multi-million turnover, multi-disciplined business operating as the autonomous UK division of a prestigious global group. The business has expanded rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions. In this is new role created to meet the evolving statutory & group consolidation demands of the business, and reporting to the UK Finance Director your remit which will include:
- Preparation of financial accounts for the business/Business partnering with budget holders
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Compiling quarterly financial submissions
- Month end journals
- Fixed asset management
- Preparation of satuatory accounts
- Corporation Tax
- Overseeing any Finance Department projects and process improvements
- System improvements
- Assist with internal/external audits
Applicants will be part qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA and will have comprehensive financial accounting experience. You will be pro-active, highly motivated and analytically minded with effective communication skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships at all levels to board level. A salary of £35k-£40k is complimented with a generous holiday enitlement, study support, healthcare, flexitime and on site parking.
