Payroll Administrator

Job Description

My client in Bolton requires a Payroll Administrator with CIS Industry experience including the Subcontractor Ledger processes. You will report into a Group Management Accounting and will join a welcoming, friendly business. Duties will include:

  • Weekly Payroll for 5 companies
  • Subcontractor Ledger Processing
  • All Subcontractor Ledger management to include setup of Subcontractor on accounts software, verification, obtaining necessary paperwork and insurances
  • CIS Return online
  • Monthly close of ledger and tax month end for Subcontractor Ledger
  • Cover for mileage claims, expenses etc
  • Cover for petty cash
  • Knowledge of HMRC compliance for payroll and CIS
