Our client a £160M+ turnover business and a subsidiary of a Multi Billion Pound organisation with plans to continue rapidly increasing its UK presence and its turnover in the next couple of years. Based in impressive Head Offices in Warrington; this is a newly created Accounts Payable Clerk role to meet the evolving demands of this successful rapidly expanding business.
Based within a brand new Accounts team (all starting at a similar time) in the business. Reporting directly into an experienced CIMA Qualified Finance Manager who is looking to develop the team as the business grows. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make the role their own and the role can evolve based on your experience and aspirations as the company continues to evolve.
Responsibilities will include:-
- Review Payment Submissions
- Posting and coding Daily Banking Transactions
- Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Assisting with Weekly Cash reporting
- Payment Runs
- Banking Queries
- Support Treasury
- Ad Hoc Projects as needed
