Job Description

Howarth Morris have an exciting opportunity of a part qualified Management Accountant for a £multimillion turnover business in Warrington. The core remit of this role will be to assist in the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts and annual financial accounts. You will work closely with key areas of the business to develop strong working relationships through effective business partnering with key input into commercial decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly management accounts
Full year stat account packs with analysis
Assist with annual budgets and quarterly forecast
Preperation of month end jounrals
Monthly sales and margin performance, communicate to wider business
Annual stat accounts and tax pack
Manage the forecasting process
KPI reporting
VAT returns
Ad-hoc projects for FC
Continuous improvement on processes

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a Commercial Management Accountant/Analyst role
Solid Finance background
Good analytical proficiency
Advanced Excel skills
