Job Description

Our client, a very successful Digital Media company with a Global presence, are seeking a Billing Administrator to support the wider finance team. This attractive opportunity reports into a long standing, supportive Transactions Manager and your duties will include:

• Processing of client billings requests in appropriate time frame
• Working with Project Manager & Finance Assistant to resolve any queries
• Working with Project Manager & Finance Assistant to co-ordinate any special / large project billings
• Ensuring invoices issued are VAT compliant
• Upload invoices on Portals as required
• Distribute non-Portal invoices in manner dictated by Project Manager / Client

You will be a good communicator, highly organised and work with a good level of attention to detail. You will provide a courteous, professional and friendly service support to all internal & external stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer service.
