My client is a UK household name with a nationwide presence and one of the UK's Best Companies to work for.

Due to a period of sickness, a need has arisen for an HR professional to join the team for an initial one month basis to support the team in ER duties, general HR advisory work and HR administration including supporting managers in the administration and processing of ER, grievance and disciplinary issues. This is not an area the business has a major issue with but the absence of a key team member leaves the department stretched.

As the business continues to grow, recording record results, there is a possibility for the role to be extended and potentially move too a permanent contract of employment.

The successful candidate will be:-

  • Immediately available
  • Happy to commit to an initial one month contract
  • Be an experienced HR professional with great communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experienced in communication and administration of ER / grievance / disciplinary issues
