Payroll Advisor (12 month FTC)

My client, a property management company are recruiting for a 12 month FTC for their Finance team based just outside of City Centre. They are looking for an exceptional person to take on the responsibility of paying their 400 employees on a monthly basis. Payroll Advisor Duties:

• Assist and provide oversight of the payroll operational process for our c.400 colleagues, ensuring accuracy at all times,
• As first point of contact for payroll, you'll provide day to day guidance on queries
• Manage the relationship with our third-party payroll service provider, Phase 3 identifying any operational issues that may impact on the customer experience
• Manage compliance, ensuring that the payroll process is run effectively and efficiently
• Own all cyclical benefit processes and coordinate these effectively
• Manage the administration of the pension scheme, ensuring compliance with auto enrolment regulations
• Provide insight and knowledge, using data to help support thinking
• Carry out sensitive tasks and controls, such as payroll/tax reconciliations, audits and partner with
• Finance on year-end reporting
• Manage, assist and provide subject matter expertise on projects

Payroll Advisor Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• High volume
• Personable attitude
• Good communicator
• Good team player
• Able to manage own workload effectively
