If so, we have an excellent opportunity to present to you. We have been appointed to exclusively recruit for a large East Manchester-based charity who are looking to add to their friendly and talented team with the appointment of an HR Administrator. My client is a leader in delivering humanitarian aid relief. The ideal applicant will possess previous HR Generalist experience covering recruitment, processing starters and leavers, maintaining personnel files, payroll and benefits administration, production of workforce reports and employment law. You will have outstanding communication and organisational skills.

Reporting to a talented and supportive senior leadership team, you will become part of a passionate and friendly team. Your responsibilities will be broad and varied, including assisting with recruitment administration (placing adverts to arranging interviews, through to reference checking and all new starter paperwork), HR administration in all areas of discipline/grievance, absence - OH providers, maintaining systems/databases and payroll. You will also have opportunities get involved with casework and transformational HR projects (e.g. employee engagement, flexibility) to aid your career development. You will also support the Board in co-ordinating visits, inspections and service appointments from contractors and those who service, maintain and support site facilities.

You will be expected to foster good relationships with stakeholders, and act with integrity and professionalism. A sociable, friendly and flexible approach, demonstrable care for delivering an excellent service and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be CIPD Level 3 and/or be working towards CIPD Level 5. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a wide breadth of HR experience. To be considered for this outstanding HR Assistant opportunity, apply without delay.
